About online registration for direct debit of tuition fees
Direct debit of tuition fees, etc. is the same as direct debit of electricity, gas, water, etc., in that tuition fees are transferred (withdrawn) from a pre-registered savings account on a specified date. You can transfer to the affiliated financial institution's website from our university's website and register a transfer account without a bank registration seal.
The bank transfer fee will be borne by the university, eliminating the need for financial supporters to bear bank transfer fees or go to a bank for transfer procedures.

Q&A on direct debit of tuition fees etc.
Explanation of the direct debit method
-
1. What is direct debit?
Tuition fees will be automatically deducted from your savings account, similar to the automatic deduction of utility bills such as electricity bills. By registering your account and depositing tuition fees by the account transfer date, your tuition fees will be automatically paid during your time at the university. Please note that the university will cover any transfer fees.
Benefits of direct debit
-
2. What are the benefits of direct debit?
In the past, we received many comments such as "I don't have time to go to the counter of the financial institution during business hours", but with direct debit, you don't have to go to the counter of the financial institution every time you pay tuition. If you deposit money into your registered account at a time that is convenient for you, the money will be automatically debited on the direct debit date (tuition payment deadline), so you will not have to pay that burden. In addition, the direct debit withdrawal fee will be borne by the university.
Necessity of account registration
-
3. Do I have to register my account every year?
Once you have registered, you will not need to register again until graduation or completion unless there are any changes to the registered information. However, if you proceed to graduate school after graduating from your undergraduate program, you will need to register again using your graduate school student number.

9. Do I need to register my bank account to receive the refund etc.?
If you received a tuition fee reduction or exemption under the New Tuition Support System while enrolled, you were required to notify the university of a separate bank account so that refunds and other payments could be transferred to it. -
20. I am worried about entering my PIN number and other details on a financial institution's website.
The PIN number and other information entered on the financial institution's website is required by the financial institution to verify your identity. Please rest assured that this information will never be provided to the university.

24. Can I make a full payment (paying both the first and second semesters at once) by debit?
Due to the convenience of the bank transfer system, tuition fees will be deducted twice a year, once for the first semester (in May) and once for the second semester (in October). If you have the tuition fees for the first and second semesters in your bank account, there is no need to follow any procedures each time a payment is made, so please rest assured. -
25. Am I correct in thinking that once I register my account, all payments to the university will be made by direct debit?
It will only be used for direct debit of tuition fees (please note that in exceptional cases, even for direct debit of tuition fees, you may be required to use a transfer slip). -
26. If I want to change my transfer account after receiving the URL for checking the account transfer information from UNIPA, can I still change it even if the account registration period has passed?

You will need to register your account again during the next account registration period. If you are having trouble withdrawing money from your registered account, please adjust your account balance to a lower amount than the amount being withdrawn, and then contact the Accounting Department. If you are unsure, please make sure your account balance is less than the amount to be deducted (note). If the amount is deducted, the difference will be refunded according to the amount of the reduction that will be determined at a later date (if the reduction is approved).
Withdrawals, leave of absence and withdrawal applications
-
28. I have applied for a leave of absence or withdrawal. In that case, will tuition fees be deducted?
