New Student Orientation

New student orientation
Orientations for new students are held for each faculty and department as part of the introductory education, with the aim of increasing motivation to study and building communication between students and faculty. Several faculties and departments hold residential training in Kawakami Village, Nara Prefecture, with which the university has a partnership agreement, and a variety of programs are implemented to suit the learning characteristics of each department, such as tours of various facilities. Many new students who participate have said things like, "It was a good opportunity to make friends," and "It helped me to get closer to the teachers and staff."
