DX Innovation Leader Human Resource Development Program for Smart Manufacturing
Recently, "recurrent education," an initiative that allows working adults who have left school and high school students aiming for employment to continue learning at their own pace in order to hone the skills required in the workplace and society, has been attracting attention.
This program aims to cultivate innovation leaders for "smart manufacturing," who will create a new value chain encompassing all stages of manufacturing, including not only design and production in factories and production sites, but also supplier networks, retail, and maintenance.
